Hey guys. I just got my disability rating on ebenefits, but I’m totally confused. Ebenefits says that my combined rating is 90%. 70% major depression, 50% migraines, 10% tbi and 10% tinnitus. But on VA.gov it says my combined rating is 70%??? I’m not sure which one to believe at this point? Is my rating 90% or 70%? Does VA.gov take longer to update than ebenefits or something? Don’t know which one I’m supposed to be looking at. Below is what it shows on ebenefits and in the upper left corner is says 90% total combined disability. But when I go to “view my disability” on va.gov it says 70%??? The only thing I can think of is that my AB8 benefits letter says it was last updated on 5/31/2021 and as you can see below, my TBI and Migraines were deemed service connected on 06/02/2021. So maybe ebenefits is right and VA.gov just needs to update? I am really hoping they didn’t combine my major depression, TBI and migraines all into one 70% rating. But from the way it is listed below, it looks like they are all rated separately right??
Any help is appreciated. Waiting on this stupid decision packet to come in the mail so I can stop worrying at this. The VA really needs to be better about this stuff. Almost every step of the way it has been confusing and now it shows I have 2 different ratings. So I had my hopes up when I saw 90% and then went to print my benefits letter and it said 70%. So now I don’t know what my actually rating is.
