Supplemental Claim to HLR with a Lawyer? : Veterans

I had a supplemental claim placed in Dec 2020 by my lawyer. I had a C&P exam for my knee (which Im now in a knee brace for only rated 10%). Ulcers, ulnar nerve increase, migraine as well. Its been closed 4 times and still have heard nothing. I just checked today and its in HLR. Yesterday one of the claim said ” if expecting back pay, give the va 30 days” now its gone. IM currently rated a 90%. Its seems like the VA doesnt want to give me the last 10% 🙁
