After going through the VA home loan process for the first time, I decided that this is something that I never want to partake in again, therefore this is 100% my forever home. Having mental issues dating back to service and arguing with the agents, the construction manager, the underwriter, the loan agent – I’m sure they all just thought I was crazy lol but man, I have such a low to zero tolerance for people sitting on their hands. I will never understand why it takes 30-45 days to close on a house. Nonetheless I’m thankful that we got through it, but never again.
Here’s the outside of our house: https://imgur.com/SApDrvL
I feel it’s kind of bland on the outside and I’m thinking of adding either an American Flag or an Army Flag, but with people being overly sensitive these days, the last thing I need is somebody coming to my front door to reprimand me. It’s not going to end well.
