VA Clinic phone just keeps ringing, online scheduling portal gives error. : Veterans

This is the error I get when I try to make an appointment. I have tried and tried to get in to see my mental health provider and cannot even get through to schedule the appointment. Calling the number does nothing. Not even an automated service, just rings and rings. I have called the VA directly and told them, and when they transferred me to someone who said they’d help, I was hung up on with no way to call back. I thought they’d call me back and they didn’t. What am I supposed to do?
