My Tinnitus claim was denied.
I’ve been dealing with Tinnitus since I was IN the military. I just never complained about it. Hell I didn’t even know it was a disability until recent. And it wasn’t as bad and constant as it is now. I’m so confused how they can tell me that it is not service connected…
I want to appeal the decision but don’t know how to go about it. I have never used the DAV before but do you all think it’s a better idea to appeal with the help of the DAV rather than trying to do it myself? Has anyone here ever appealed a decision for Tinnitus and succeeded?
This is very frustrating. Any advice is much appreciated.
