Va.gov Appointment History gone. : Veterans

My primary MH doctor retired. And all the past appointments I’ve ever had with him are no longer on VA.gov. I was assigned a new doctor and had one appointment with him virtual. Scheduled a follow up with him again a month later a virtual call and it was cancelled the day of the appointment no phone call or anything. And even the previous appointment I had with him is no longer showing on Va.gov. I need to refill my med prescription and he’s not even listed as one of my doctors. Its weird, going to call them first thing in the morning.
