Hey all sorry this may sound like a silly questions but I have a question about a FOIA request I did back in January. I received a decision finally on that which I assume is normal, however I thought they sent a email link or file so you could view your c-file? When I viewed claims on va.gov it told me that a decision was made and if I didn’t like that decision I could reopen my claim….is this normal? I am probably worried over nothing, but thank you all.
