I recently separated and have been trying to log into the VA.gov site but am having so many issues. Using my DS logon, I can log into every website ( i.e. Ebenefits, tricare online ,ect.) except the VA. When I try to log in I don’t get any error messages, no incorrect password warnings, but it makes me log in over and over. Almost like it’s set in a loop. I input my login info, pick my security image, it authenticates, then it kicks me back to the log in screen. I’ve used Edge, Chrome, and Internet explore all with the same result.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? I’ve been trying for over a month to log in with no luck. I’ve contacted the DMDC and VA tech support, and both say they are unable to help.
