I recently opened a Chapter 36 (VRE Career Planning and Guidance) through VA.gov. I am considering going back to school. I am 100% P&T for PTSD, with no re eval scheduled. However I only received my rating a couple of years ago.
Will opening the Chapter 36 trigger a re-eval at the 5 year mark? Will the VBA evaluators be notified I applied for Chapter 36?
