Post-9/11 Veteran Research Study (paid) : Veterans

[ad_1]

Hi all,

I am a first year doctoral student studying clinical psychology at Sam Houston State University, and I am reaching out to post-9/11 veterans about a potential paid research opportunity. We are currently conducting a research project with Eastern Kentucky University that aims to better understand post-traumatic growth and the emotional experiences of post 9/11 veterans. The study is 100% remote and paid ($30). The study is IRB approved through two academic institutions and is being conducted by graduate students in clinical psychology.

Additional details:

– The study will take 1-2 hours to complete via Zoom. Participants will be on a Zoom call with a research assistant completing a self-report survey during this time.

– Eligible participants must be post-9/11 veterans with access to a computer or tablet with a microphone and camera. Unfortunately the survey cannot be completed via smartphone

– Payment is made through the University’s payment system. Unfortunately, our payment platform (PaymentWorks) requires that participants input their social security number in order to set up direct deposit or a mailed check. The payment portal is secured via an authorized institution and your information is protected, however I understand that this may feel invasive and prevent participation. I am happy to provide more information about the payment system to individuals who are interested in participating but hesitant about the payment process.

If anyone on this subreddit is interested in participating, please respond via email or phone call to the contact information on the flyer (and below):
