Hi there, my name is Arielle and I’m reaching out on behalf of my team at TechWerks, a service disabled Veteran-owned small business. My team has been contracted by the patient-centered care office at VHA to speak directly with Veterans to inform the redesign of a Personal Health Inventory tool for Veterans to use at the VA. This tool will help VA clinicians better address social needs of Veterans (such as satisfaction with housing, employment, access to healthy foods, experiences with discrimination, etc). We want the design of this document to be Veteran-informed and are reaching out to invite you to participate.
What: Listening Session
When: choose 1 of 5 dates available (90 minutes max)
Who: Veterans
Why: To make sure the design of a clinical tool is informed by Veterans
How: Those interested should fill out a screening survey to ensure we have a representative group.
