WRIISC Class on “GULF WAR EXPOSURES & HEALTH CONCERNS” on 5/27 (Free via WEBEX) : Veterans

[ad_1]

I would highly recommend anyone interested in learning more about Gulf War Exposures to attend this upcoming free virtual event.

WRIISC stands for War Related Illness and Injury Center – it is the primary VA entity that deals with research, treatment and training surrounding these issues.

I watched their 2/25 Class on “AIRBORNE HAZARDS AND BURN PITS: WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW”, it was really good. When I used to work at the VA, I would listen in on their stuff whenever I could, as it was probably the highest quality material that the VA produced IMO.

Note that they also have a training on Agent Orange coming up on 9/30.

PS. Here’s an Easter egg for those that don’t know – the VA can test you for Depleted Uranium levels if you have exposure / concerns.
