I can’t login to the va website. I get a message saying my id.me account has been suspended but no reason is given. I’ve emailed technical support but haven’t heard anything back from them (it’s been a week). I’ve read on their site that if you try to open two id.me accounts they’ll suspend you but I haven’t tried to do that. I have only one account. I don’t do anything with it but login to the VA website so I don’t understand why it’s been suspended.
Has anyone had this happen to them? How long does it normally take to fix this problem?
