Claiming a presumptive without knowing it

[ad_1]

OK, been reading other post tonight and stumble on this question, which brokensoldier244 may have answered.

I claimed a couple things secondary to a service connected condition.

Now, I see, that what I have is on the Gulf War presumptive list.

Question.  When the VA raters see a disability that correlates to the Veteran’s time in service, do they put 2 and 2 together, or do you have to show them connection?

Thoughts,

Hamslice

I will find out here shortly..
