Supplemental Claim Timeline : Veterans

Just wondering if anyone knows if Supplemental Claims are actually meeting the average 125 day for decision timeline? SOOOOO tired of seeing this status. Been at this for almost four years now. My husband has his initial neuro exam for MS next month due to lesions on the brain stem, essential tremor and marked weakness in all extremities. He is getting so frustrated with all the fighting he’s had to do to get medical care from his service injuries up to this point. I have to keep telling him he cannot give up on this.
